Crystal Avila Floeder
film Director & Producer
Crystal Avila Floeder is the film director and producer at BNP. She directs all video operations, supervises creative decisions and leads the film editing team. She meets the needs of clients in each project by using a meticulous curated production and editing process. Crystal has worked on many Emmy-awarded and nominated short documentaries and has screened her own work at film festivals across the US. She recently completed her documentary film, The Widows Club and is currently creating the first installment for a docuseries. Crystal completed her film degree at the University of Notre Dame (2017). Crystal resides in Elmhurst with her husband and three children.
Ruben Avila
art director
Ruben Avila is the art director at BNP where he manages all art projects. Ruben is an artist who specializes in graphic drawing, tattoo art, logo design and commissioned murals and paintings. He combines his contemporary and ephemeral style with a multitude of mixed art media in order to create unique, custom pieces.
Briana Avila
associate producer
Briana Avila is an associate producer and editor at BNP. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2021 with a degree in Film, Television, and Theater with a concentration in sound and film editing. She helps to oversee that story edits are up to each client’s standard and ensures that each project’s audio sounds its best.
